Join an introductory call with one of our partners. We like to spend time chatting with each prospective investor to share one another's goals, discuss our approach, review our track record, and ensure we're a good fit for one another.

After your call, you'll be invited to setup your AppFolio Investor Portal. This portal will give you secure access to new offerings, and once you're officially an investor, it will be your one stop shop to review your partner distributions, quarterly updates, tax forms, new projects, and other documents.

Review new offerings as they are available, make a soft commitment, complete your documents via your AppFolio Portal, and wire your capital. 

At closing, you'll receive our "Welcome and What to Expect Letter" to ensure you're aware of the next steps and what to expect from our team going forward.

As the project is renovated and income grows, you will begin to receive monthly partner distributions by the 15th of each month for your pro rata share of the property's positive cash flow.

Partner distributions are direct deposited into your preferred bank account.

As the project meets key milestones, we will consider options to return capital, or explore a sale of the asset.

Typically we will perform a cash-out refinance first, as we can often return investor capital mid-project based upon the progress we've made. If the project is nearing maximization or the market is advantageous, we may explore a sale to capture the gain and move our capital into new opportunities with fresh value to add.
